This coffee is a naturally processed Parainema from La Joya Coffee Farm located on the slopes of the San Vicente Volcano.
La Joya Coffee Farm has been family-owned since 1990 - the coffee is currently being cultivated and processed by the third generation.
This naturally processed Parainema was grown at 3950 feet above sea level and handpicked in January 2024. It was dried over raised beds for 28 days at the wet mill.
