Grown in a unique micro-climate and sun-dried to preserve more of the natural sugars, this coffee is truly one of the last great estate coffees. Every aspect from the nursery to the final milling is overseen with great attention to detail and quality. Only 30 percent of the crop earns the designation of La Minita.
